What is retained today, and what teams can delete.
Support AI stores application and support data needed to operate the product. This page explains the retention controls that exist today and where additional automation is still planned.
Retained today
- Account, organization, subscription, and membership records are stored as part of normal application operation.
- Support content such as chat sessions, messages, escalations, audit events, documents, and configuration settings may remain stored until a workspace owner or admin removes them.
- Verification and auth email logs are retained for operational visibility and troubleshooting.
Controls available now
- Workspace owners and admins can export data from the dashboard.
- Workspace owners and admins can bulk-delete conversation data from the dashboard today.
- A data retention period can be configured in dashboard settings.
Important limitation
- The retention setting is currently a configurable product setting, but this public page does not describe automatic scheduled deletion tied to that value as a live feature.
- If you need a stricter documented deletion workflow, treat the current product as operator-driven until automated enforcement is implemented and published.
